We are proactively pausing open enrollment for 2026 to focus our efforts on several key initiatives related to Average Monthly Payments (AMP).

These initiatives include the development of a Continuous Usage program that will provide customers with earlier leak-detection alerts, as well as the implementation of a new online payment provider, Xpress Billpay. Xpress Billpay enhances the layout of online statements, delivering an improved overall user experience.
